Health calculators

BMI, calorie, body-fat and related tools use population-level equations. They cannot account for your medical history, medication, pregnancy, growth stage or body composition. They are not a diagnosis and must not be used to make decisions about treatment. Consult a doctor or registered dietitian before changing your diet, exercise or medication.

Financial calculators

Loan, mortgage, investment and tax tools exclude fees, insurance, rate changes and local tax rules unless a field explicitly asks for them. Projections of investment growth are illustrations, not forecasts, and past returns do not predict future results. Speak to a qualified adviser, accountant or your lender before making a significant commitment.

Construction and household calculators

Material quantity estimates do not include waste allowances, site conditions or local building regulations. Confirm quantities with your supplier or contractor before ordering.
